I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Average time: Minimum 2 to Maximum 3 business days.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates as delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already been shipped, please send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or notify us immediately via:

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship every item with extra padding. However, in rare cases (approximately 1 in 1000), an item may arrive damaged due to handling by the courier.

If this happens, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged product

We will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
